Bridge is pulling this future forward.</span></p> <h3><strong>About the team</strong></h3> <p>The Stripe Finance &amp; Strategy team is an integral thought partner to Stripe’s core functional leaders.&nbsp; We bring understanding and predictability to Stripe’s bottom line financials.&nbsp; We work cross functionally across many surfaces at Stripe and help steward Stripe’s resource investments to improve the durability of our long term financial performance. This role will partner closely with Bridge, a small team of people experienced in building financial infrastructure at leading companies.</p> <h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2> <p>We’re looking for a highly analytical, strategic, and execution-oriented individual to join the Stripe Finance &amp; Strategy team, who will be embedded with Bridge as an early member of their small and fast-moving data &amp; finance team. This role blends data, financial analysis &amp; strategy, and plays a key role in defining, measuring and forecasting the financial and operational metrics that drive Bridge’s growth. You’ll work cross-functionally with Bridge to drive initiatives from insights through to implementation, and partner with the Stripe Finance &amp; Strategy team to bring context and clarity to Bridge performance. This is a high-impact role with broad exposure across Bridge and Stripe, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments.</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Forecasting &amp; Reporting:</strong> Own full P&amp;L reporting and forecasting as well as budgeting to inform decision making across the company, with an emphasis on revenue and unit economics.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Pricing &amp; Deal Modeling:</strong> Lead pricing strategy across our product suite. Build models to evaluate pricing for enterprise deals, existing key accounts and new initiatives.</li> <li><strong>Strategic Financial Analysis:</strong> Partner with business leaders to analyze the financial impact of strategic initiatives (e.g. foundational investments or business model shifts).</li> <li><strong>Metrics &amp; Analytics: </strong>Partner with the data science team to define and build key business and operational metrics.
