Reporting to the Vice President - Finance, Analytics, and Business Operations, this role will serve as a critical driver of our most important strategic initiatives, combining deep analytical rigor with exceptional communication skills to influence decision-making at the highest levels of the organization.</p> <p>You can work from San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; or New York, NY.</p> <h3><strong>You Will:</strong></h3> <p>Strategic Analysis &amp; Planning</p> <ul> <li>Lead the development of strategic frameworks and analyses that inform critical business decisions and long-term planning</li> <li>Author high-quality papers and business review documents for senior leadership and executive audiences</li> <li>Conduct rigorous quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify growth opportunities, operational efficiencies, and competitive positioning</li> <li>Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations with measurable business impact</li> </ul> <p>Program &amp; Project Management</p> <ul> <li>Own end-to-end execution of high-priority, cross-functional priority initiatives</li> <li>Drive alignment across multiple stakeholders and teams to ensure successful delivery of complex projects</li> <li>Establish clear success metrics, track progress, and proactively identify and mitigate risks</li> <li>Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and communication cadences for executive visibility</li> </ul> <p>Data Analysis &amp; Insights</p> <ul> <li>Perform sophisticated data analysis using various analytical tools and methodologies to uncover business insights</li> <li>Design and build analytical models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to support decision-making</li> <li>Synthesize data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities</li> <li>Present findings in compelling, executive-ready formats with clear narratives and visualizations</li> </ul> <p>Leadership &amp; Influence</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on strategic and operational matters</li> <li>Build strong relationships across the organization to drive collaboration and alignment</li> <li>Mentor and develop junior team members on analytical approaches and strategic thinking</li> <li>Represent the team in high-visibility forums and executive meetings</li> </ul> <h3><strong>You Have:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>6+ years of profe ...
