Summary Jobscan is building a premium B2B business serving outcome-driven institutions that care deeply about employment results. This is not a volume-driven, script-following BDR role. As a Business Development Representative, your job is not to convince everyone to take a meeting. Your job is to identify which institutions are genuinely aligned with how Jobscan creates value, and to qualify hard, challenge assumptions, and walk away when there isn’t a fit. You’ll engage complex organizations (primarily universities and professional education programs), navigate multi-stakeholder buying dynamics, and represent a clear point of view about what actually drives student employment outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys thinking, learning, and having real conversations, especially when those conversations involve change. Note: We receive a high volume of applications.
