About the team The Recruiting Team seeks to build the culture of Stripe by aligning the strongest global talent to our highest impact business needs. We focus on bringing Stripe’s operating principles to life in our recruiting processes, providing the highest-quality candidate experience, and leveraging data driven storytelling to influence the business. Our Internal Recruiting team manages all requisition-based internal hires. What you’ll do As the Internal Recruiting Coordinator at Stripe, you'll play a key role in scaling our internal recruiting efforts. You will provide day-to-day operational support for ongoing coordination projects within the Internal Recruiting team. You’ll focus on accurate record keeping, routine communications, and timely follow-up. You will support general internal recruiting tasks and projects to help the team run smoothly. You will be a reliable operations partner who ensures accuracy of data, consistent follow-up on next steps, and clear communication between Recruiting and Talent Mobility. You will be instrumental in building and refining processes, managing a high volume of internal recruiting requests, and ensuring we have the right talent in the right roles. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and manage relationships across different teams will be essential as you help us grow Stripe’s internal recruiting function. Responsibilities Maintain and update project records and trackers to reflect current statuses and timelines Ensure data accuracy through regular checks and reconciliation Partner with Hiring Managers, Recruiting Managers, and Talent Mobility teams to understand hiring needs and align on strategies for internal talent movement Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure internal candidates are evaluated fairly and consistently in line with Stripe’s internal mobility practices Help refine internal recruiting processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and a positive candidate experience Handle a high volume of requests and applications while ensuring attention to detail and meeting internal deadlines Curate a positive candidate experience for all internal candidates Ensure alignment with Stripe’s values, culture, and operational goals as you drive internal talent mobility across teams Continuously improve the internal recruiting experience by gathering feedback and identifying areas for process improvement Who you are We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. Minimum requirements 0–2 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, recruiting, or operations role Strong proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets, including experience with formulas, filters, sorting, conditional formatting, and basic data validation Excellent attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets 3+ years of experience in a fast paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing demands while managing a high volume of requests Ability to refine recruiting processes in a fast-paced, evolving environment Preferred qualifications Knowledge of Stripe’s internal processes or similar fast-paced, high-growth tech environments Exposure to recruiting, HR operations, or immig ...
