The role & impact
In this role, you will be a key driver of commercial outcomes, sitting at the heart of the UK go-to-market performance. Your focus will be on turning high-quality analytics into the clear, actionable insights that help our leaders and sellers make better decisions every day.
By balancing short-term operational requests with longer-term improvement initiatives, you will ensure our sales processes are repeatable and scalable. You will create a lasting impact by documenting clear, practical ways of working that reduce friction and make it easier for our teams to succeed.
The team & how they connect
You will be embedded within the UK Go-To-Market team, working closely with colleagues across Field Sales Operations, Revenue Enablement, and Data and Insights. This is a collaborative environment where everyone is united behind the mission to win the UK market through shared goals and mutual support.
Initially, you will focus on
- Supporting the Sales Operations Lead with critical forecasting, territory management, and partner segmentation initiatives.
- Gaining hands-on exposure to our core technology stack, including Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau, Gong, and Clari.
- Building and maintaining the dashboards and reports that provide the foundation for commercial decision-making.
- Identifying opportunities to drive efficiency by capturing feedback from the sales team and turning it into process improvements.

- You are an organised communicator who enjoys building trusted relationships and taking ownership of your work.
- You thrive in fast-moving environments and feel comfortable balancing immediate tasks with long-term projects.
