In this role as a member of our CAAS group, you will be providing Payroll accounting services for our outsourced clients. Requirements: - Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent years of relevant work experience - Payroll experience - Payroll process, Tax, and Regulations - Self-starter and willingness to learn - Able to multitask - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel) - Excellent attention to detail - Solid interpersonal and communication skills - Excellent organizational/time management skills Qualifications: - Process payroll for a designated group of clients accurately and on time - Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations - Handle payroll inquiries from clients in a professional and timely manner - Reconcile payroll-related accounts - Assist with payroll audits and any related documentation as needed - Stay updated on payroll best practices and industry changes to ensure compliance Pay range: $22.00-$26.00/hour Benefits: We offer tremendous growth and development opportunities, flexible work schedules, and a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Long-Term Disability, 401k, Paid Time Off, Volunteer Time Off, Work-Life Balance Culture, and More!
