Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Business Development Representative who’s energized by connecting with people, uncovering needs, and helping drive business forward.
In this role, you won’t just be dialing numbers—you’ll be building relationships, crafting personalized outreach strategies, and collaborating with a high-performing team to generate pipeline and fuel revenue growth. Responsibilities
Conduct pre-call research and planning
Interact with prospective clients via phone, email, and social media
Qualify opportunities
Facilitate call campaigns targeting tradeshow leads
Update Salesforce.com with activity-based data
Collaborate with peers, managers and quota-carrying representatives to identify strategies and assess results
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree
At least 1 year of sales experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Salesforce.com experience
