Role Summary ALX Africa is looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Associate to support the Marketing and Growth team. This role will play a key part in developing and delivering engaging content across social media, campaigns, presentations, merchandise, and the web, helping to strengthen the ALX brand and connect with learners, partners, and communities across the continent. The Marketing Associate will combine design, digital marketing, and basic web development to translate ideas into compelling visuals and campaigns. This includes creating graphics, updating web content, supporting marketing initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistency, quality, and impact across all channels. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Specific Responsibilities Graphic Design Content Creation Design visually compelling graphics for social media, paid ads, email campaigns, presentations, posters, and merchandise. Ensure all visuals align with ALX Africa’s brand guidelines and tone of voice. Collaborate with the relevant teams to develop creative concepts that engage the learner and alumni community and partners. Adapt designs for multiple formats and platforms, optimising for digital and print. Website Digital Support Assist with website updates, basic HTML/CSS edits, and design implementation on the web.
