This role is critical to ensuring our GTM team is paid timely and accurately, while supporting the scalability of our sales compensation processes. You will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Finance, RevOps, and People Ops to translate compensation plans into operational reality.This is a hands-on role with high visibility and accountability, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics, systems, and operational rigor.What You'll DoCompensation Administration & ExecutionOwn the quarterly sales compensation processes, from calculation through payoutAdminister sales compensation plans, SPIFFs, accelerators, draws, and adjustmentsTranslate compensation plan designs into accurate, timely payoutsPrepare and distribute compensation plan letters and payout statementsManage compensation exceptions, disputes, and inquiriesFinancial ReportingEnsure data integrity and alignment across Salesforce, finance systems, and compensation toolsPrepare management reporting on sales compensation metrics, including earnings, attainment, trends, and risksOwn the month-end journal entries, reconciliations, and flux analyses pertaining to sales compensation.Manage the relationship with external auditors on all sales compensation-related matters, including documentation, controls, inquiries, and audit requests.Process Improvements & ScalabilityImplement, maintain, and optimize a sales compensation systemDesign and implement scalable processes, systems, and controlsServe as the subject-matter expert for sales compensation operationsWhat You Have5+ years of experience in Sales Compensation administration, RevOps, or accountingStrong understanding of sales compensation mechanics (e.g. quotas, accelerators, SPIFFs) and accounting principles related to sales compensationStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyExperience with Salesforce and sales compensation tools (CaptivateIQ, Xactly, or similar)Advanced proficiency in ExcelProven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage deadlines in fast-paced, high-stakes environmentsExperience supporting SaaS or high-growth sales organizationsCompensation Range$153,000 - $207,000 USD#LI-CA1Harvey is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, national origin, disability, age, genetic information, veteran status, marital status, pregnancy or related condition, or any other basis protected by law.We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations to applicants with disabilities, and r ...
