This role sits at the center of quote-to-cash execution, partnering closely with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal to ensure deals are accurately structured, approved, and closed.This is a hands-on operational role for someone who enjoys being close to the deal flow, solving process issues in real time, and helping scale systems and workflows as the business grows.What You'll DoReview, validate, and process customer orders to ensure accuracy, compliance with pricing and contracting policies, and readiness for booking and billingSupport Sales reps with Salesforce (SFDC) opportunity management, quoting workflows, and deal hygieneManage and triage a Deal Operations ticketing queue, ensuring timely responses and clear communication with stakeholdersPartner with Deal Desk to support pricing approvals, contract structures, and deal execution logisticsAct as a frontline support resource for SFDC and CPQ-related questions from SalesAssist with CRM and CPQ enhancements, including:Gathering and drafting business requirementsSupporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and QAHelping roll out new workflows, fields, or guardrailsContribute to sales and deal desk enablement, including documentation, process guides, and training supportIdentify recurring issues or inefficiencies in quote-to-cash processes and surface recommendations for improvementWhat You Have2-4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Deal/Order Operations, Revenue Operations, or Order ManagementStrong attention to detail and comfort working with complex deal structuresWorking knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) as a CRM, including opportunity and quoting workflowsExposure to CPQ tools (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, Ironclad CLM, or similar), with a basic understanding of how pricing and approvals are operationalizedExperience managing or working within a ticketing or queue-based support model (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, Salesforce cases, or similar)Prior involvement in CRM/CPQ projects or enhancements, such as documenting requirements, participating in testing, or supporting system rolloutsAbility to communicate clearly with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations stakeholdersComfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment where processes are still being definedCompensation Range$106,000 - $144,000 USDPlease find our CA applicant privacy notice here.#LI-SZ1Harvey is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, national origin, disability, age, genetic information, veteran status, marital status, pregnancy or related condition, or any other b ...
