You will manage multiple projects in parallel, adapt to shifting priorities, and operate effectively in environments with limited initial structure. The role requires strong execution, prioritization, and coordination skills.You should be comfortable working in workflow-based environments. The expectation is adaptability and operational judgment: knowing how to use the right tools, work with the right partners, and deliver outcomes.Depending on the initiative, the role may involve leading projects, coordinating execution across teams, or contributing to the design and rollout of scalable operational solutions.ResponsibilitiesDrive Deel’s operational strategy across products, services, and market expansions with a focus on scale and efficiency.Own and lead complex operational domains, designing and implementing programs that enhance scalability, automation, and business impact.Define, scope, and execute high-priority initiatives, leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.Analyze large data sets to generate insights, drive operational improvements, and make strategic recommendations.Identify root causes of operational challenges and implement solutions that optimize workflows and drive efficiency.Develop and refine scalable processes, leveraging technology and best practices to improve operations at scale.Partner closely with product, engineering, compliance, and customer experience teams to implement high-impact operational improvements.Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and ...
