What you'll do This is a career-defining opportunity to shape how Airwallex communicates the value of its products to businesses around the world. As Director of Content Marketing, you will own the end-to-end content strategy across all digital platforms, building a high-performing content engine that drives engagement, supports pipeline generation, and elevates Airwallex's brand in a competitive global fintech landscape. You will lead a team of content creators, editors, and strategists while partnering closely with growth marketing, product marketing, sales, SEO, design, and regional marketing teams to deliver compelling, on-brand content at scale. You will also play a key role in integrating AI tools into content workflows to increase efficiency and innovation across the content lifecycle. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's goals, brand identity, and audience needs across multiple products (payments, business accounts, spend, billing) and global markets. - Lead the creation of content across various formats, including blogs, product guides, videos, case studies, whitepapers, ebooks, webinars, and social media, to support product launches, campaigns, and demand generation initiatives. - Lead, manage, and coach a team of content creators, editors, and strategists. Foster a collaborative and high-performing environment where creativity and innovation thrive. - Identify and integrate AI tools and technologies into content creation and distribution workflows to increase efficiency, creativity, and personalization. - Establish and refine content production processes to ensure the team can produce high-quality work quickly and efficiently. Implement best practices for content lifecycle management from ideation to publication and analysis. - Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone, and optimized for search and user experience across all channels, including online, social media, email, mobile, video, and print. - Define content marketing success metrics and implement systems to track and analyze content performance, including contribution to pipeline and revenue.
