What you will do Build holistic program strategy and plan Establish an overall program roadmap to achieve RG's strategic goals Set clear data-driven objectives, success metrics, and guardrails to measure program performance Preemptively identify risks and issues that may arise during program execution and develop response plans Program management and execution Deliver impactful and scalable programs with end to end ownership of program execution Monitor program performance and progress, as well as provide direction to relevant teams and cross-functional stakeholders Leverage data-driven insights to understand impact on the business and defects in the seller or customer journey. Build plan and prioritization to improvement Define problems, analyze bottlenecks, and implement solutions to achieve business goals Establish and enhance SOPs to improve operational processes Basic Qualifications 10+ years of total experience, 5+ years of project/program management experience Successful experience leading complex projects Highly adaptable with a growth mindset Ability to deeply analyze problems, develop solutions, and drive execution in line with organizational goals Experience leading and influencing multiple teams from goal setting through execution, monitoring, and completion Detail-oriented, Ability to conduct root cause analysis and derive insights, and effectively communicate these findings to senior stakeholders Strong communication skills necessary for program visibility, decision-making alignment, and relationship management A ...
