Role Overview Performs various duties related to FC Operations, including but not limited to Inbound, Inventory, Replenishment, Outbound, and Maintenance departments. Associates will be cross-trained before being assigned to a designated area. What You Will Do Operate an RF gun/PDA device Breakdown, receive, and inspect inbound items Keep record of inventory, reconcile any discrepancies, and consolidate products Move items and carts from one location to another Pick, pack, stack, and ship items Promptly communicate any issues or damages to the Problem Solver Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in the department May participate in training new associates (Maintenance only) Remove trash, spills, and dropped/broken items Conduct routine inspections of the site and various equipment Handle basic repairs and oversee contractors when professional repairs are necessary Basic Qualifications Effective communication Able to reach and write Basic math Computer Literacy Able to work independently or as part of a team Learning Aptitude Detail-oriented Able to work in a fast-paced environment around machinery Work environment Fast-paced Medium to loud noise levels High and low warehouse seasonal temperatures Minimal exposure to dust Physical demands Must be able to remain in stationary position (sit and stand) for 10+ hours Must be able to move and walk for 10+ hours Must be able to bend and lift up to 50 lbs Must be able to push/pull up to 50 lbs of exerted force Preferred education and experience High school diploma or GED Similar FC experience * Disclaimer: This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, skills, efforts, requirements or working conditions associated with the job. Pay Benefits Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Hourly pay rates range from $18 to $22, plus any overtime. Pay rate depends on position, shift, and experience. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
