Role Overview Product Managers at Coupang are mini-CEOs and they own and drive large parts of the business. Be responsible for product vision, strategy, roadmap and KPIs for specific areas related to the customer shopping experience Always represent the voice of our customers based on our deep understanding of our customers. Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to product launch, including creating product requirements, defining use cases, and setting success metrics Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates by removing challenges from the end-to-end shopping experience Inspire your team to have a vision for your product and collaborate with multiple domain teams to launch your product Collaborate with business stakeholders to increase the number of customers, stores and delivery people Delivering a first-class shopping and logistics experience on mobile apps and websites Basic Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in product management, including developing, implementing and executing a solid product vision A person who can move quickly, make data-based decisions, adapt well to environments with high uncertainty, and can think analytically Proven ability to collaborate with multiple domain teams and manage multiple projects A person with a passion to judge and act quickly and to get the job done Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and exert influence while making sound business decisions Excellent oral and written communication skills Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Experience in Ads product Experience in e-commerce or logistics Consumer-facing mobile product launch experience Start-up experience Recruitment Process and Others Recruitment Process Application Review - Phone Interview - Virtual Onsite Interview – Offer The exact nature of the recruitment process may vary according to the specific job, and may be changed due to scheduling or other circumstances.
