Role Overview This position offers you the opportunity to accelerate your career by working on challenging problems as a leader in a high autonomy and entrepreneurial environment. What You Will Do Define and manage a program portfolio solving problems with high impact for the organization. Build cross-functional partnerships with local and international business and technology teams to ensure on-time delivery of the initiatives. Establish mechanisms for prioritization, decision-making, and performance review. Operate hands-on to drive results with speed. Propose ideas to drive customer growth, engagement, and profitability Basic Qualifications 10~15+ years in program or project management or PMO leadership. Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results. Demonstrated experience in leading change management initiatives and projects from zero. Strong stakeholder management experience and influencing senior leaders across regions. Ability to operate across multiple domains. Experience in technology industry. Fluent in English. Japanese and/or Korean a plus.
