We own financial results by working with stakeholders to define track business input/output metrics and improve them by performing root-cause analysis. We are hiring a Principal Financial Planning Analysis (FPA) focusing on Retail domain as the company’s business grows exponentially. What You Will Do Identify key input/output metrics impacting Retail PL Establish ambitious goals for the team and oneself, implementing concrete plans to achieve them, even in ambiguous or complex situations Track the metrics and analyze their trends results to provide business/financial visibilities to stakeholders Provide constant feedback to stakeholders, raise a flag, and recommend corrective measures to deliver WOW results Perform root cause analysis by retrieving the right data and diving deep Basic Qualifications 7-10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis in a fast-paced technology-oriented organization (eCommerce preferred) Retail FPA experience (required) Highly analytical, detail-oriented, strong business sense, and willingness to work within a fast-paced and growing environment Ability to gather, analyze, and organize large amounts of data and provide insight and recommendation Strong Excel skills (required) SQL skills Fluent in English and traditional Mandarin (written and verbal) Preferred Qualifications MBA Strong SQL and PowerBI skills Recruitment Process Application Review - Phone Interview - Onsite (or Virtual Onsite) Interview – Offer The exact nature of the recruitment process may vary according to the specific job and may be changed due to scheduling or other circumstances.
