WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're seeking an outstanding, product-focused full-stack software engineer to join our engineering team and help scale Omnea. With plans to grow from double-digit customers to over 200 enterprise clients and increase our revenue tenfold within the next 2–3 years, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our product, team, and company as we move from ‘start-up’ to ‘scale-up.’ You’ll be joining at a key inflection point. You'll participate in our pair-programming interview stage using JavaScript or TypeScript, and you'll be assessed as if that is your primary language. As this is a full-stack role, it isn't suited for those with experience limited to frontend, backend, devops/platform, or another language (such as Java). While we value skills above years, candidates at this level typically bring around 12–15+ years of software engineering experience. As a Principal Engineer at Omnea, you'll remain hands-on—contributing code and leading through technical execution and ownership, not just through meetings or high-level architecture discussions.
