ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a Director of Product Design to help us build and scale a world-class design organization at Omnea. In this role, you'll lead the design function across the company — driving vision, nurturing talent, and ensuring every customer interaction with Omnea is intuitive, elegant, and trusted. This is a senior leadership role that combines strategic design leadership with organizational building. You’ll set the design bar, define team culture, and ensure we scale product quality alongside company growth. You’ll be joining us at a pivotal time. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Own and evolve Omnea’s end-to-end product design strategy across all surfaces and customer touchpoints. - Manage and grow a high-performing team of product designers - including hiring, coaching, and performance development. - Collaborate with product, engineering, and GTM leaders to drive alignment on roadmap, priorities, and user experience goals. - Champion user-centered design practices - incorporating research, prototyping, and continuous iteration into the team’s DNA. - Drive high-quality execution across all phases - from vision decks to pixel-perfect delivery. - Shape and maintain our design system, brand voice, and internal design practices. ABOUT YOU - 8+ years of experience in product design, including 3+ years in design leadership roles. - Proven ability to grow and lead high-performing design teams in fast-paced environments. - Deep systems thinking -with a portfolio that spans early-stage design and scaled systems. - Exceptional communicator and cross-functional partner - you build trust quickly and lead with empathy. - Experience owning design strategy across complex platforms or internal tools. - You care deeply about product and design craft - and know how to scale that care across a ...
