This is a leadership role with real commercial accountability: you're not just managing people, you're building the local infrastructure that connects M-KOPA's products to the communities that need them most. What You'll Need - Demonstrable experience in sales within FinTech, Microfinance, Telecommunications, FMCG, or a related sector with a track record of personally hitting and helping others hit commercial targets. - Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a field-based sales team in a target-driven environment — you know how to coach for performance, not just manage activity. - Strong grasp of local market dynamics in Ogun or Southwest Nigeria, with the relationship-building skills to open doors and the commercial instincts to convert them.
