NetSuite Consultant Expert We’re hiring a NetSuite Consultant Expert to work directly with our product, sales and co-founders at DualEntry. ABOUT DUALENTRY Founded in 2024, DualEntry is one of the fastest-growing AI startups in the world. ERP is a $220B+ market - yet most companies still run on legacy systems built decades ago. There hasn’t been a true new entrant in over 30 years. We’re building the AI-native ERP modern finance teams deserve. Our goal: make the one-person finance team a reality. We operate with urgency, ownership and speed. WHAT YOU BRING - 10+ years ERP experience, deep NetSuite expertise - Strong in inventory accounting, FX, OneWorld and ARM - Lead 5+ complex NetSuite implementations or turnarounds - Full expertise in NetSuite accounting modules and reporting - Bonus: CPA or accounting degree - Bonus: Experience with SAP, Sage, Dynamics, Acumatica, or similar WHAT YOU’LL DRIVE - Advise and define product roadmap and detailed accounting requirements - Define complex logic (multi-entity, multi-currency, inventory FIFO/LIFO, ASC 606 revenue, lease accounting, etc.) - Work with sales prospects to explain product functionality and identify workarounds - Work with engineering to improve accounting product outcomes and automation - Provide feedback to build a 10x better NetSuite experience LOGISTICS - Competitive base compensation - Significant equity ownership in the AI-native ERP - Fastest pace work environment you’ll have ever worked in - In-person in our New York office (7 World Trade Center) - Full benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k), etc.) If reinventing ERP with AI excites you - climb aboard!
