The Role We're hiring a Summer Intern to embed directly into Rilla's team and own real projects across the business. You'll work across sales, operations, finance, recruiting, and whatever else the company needs — moving fast, figuring things out, and delivering. You'll work directly with founders and leadership on problems that matter, and leave the summer with real output you can point to. What You'll Do - Take on high-priority projects across sales, operations, finance, recruiting, and anything else the business needs - Work directly with founders and leadership on live problems - Build things, fix things, and leave the company better than you found it - Move fast and operate with a high degree of ownership from day one What You'll Get Direct exposure to how a fast-growing startup operates. What We Need - Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program - Ability to work full-time in person in NYC for the summer - No specific major required — we care about how you think, not what you studied - Evidence that you've done hard things and figured stuff out on your own Don’t Work Here Please don't join if you're not excited about: 1.
