This is not a full remote position **** メインの職務/Key Responsibilities 連結パッケージ作成・レビュー(月次・四半期・年次) 連結調整仕訳入力(月次・四半期・年次) 会社法・金商法の開示業務 監査法人対応 収益認識、原価計算、移転価格プロジェクト等への参画 その他、会社の業務拡大に併せて必要な会計処理を検討 必須スキル/Basic Qualifications 5年以上の経理の実務経験(事業会社、監査法人問わず、会計基準はJGAAP及びUSGAAP) 英語中級程度(海外子会社とのメール、オンラインミーティング、F2Fでの英語使用機会あり) 連結決算業務経験 Microsoft Officeに関する相当程度の知識・経験（Excel: Advanced Level） チームワークに長けていること 歓迎スキル/Preferred Qualifications 上場準備会社での経理経験 原価計算に関する知識・経験 会計システムの導入やExcelによる業務効率化の経験 移転価格文書作成や国際税務に関する知識 新しい会計事象について積極的に検討し、監査法人と議論できる方 Only shortlisted candidate will be contacted for interview.
