About the Role As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll own one of AKASA’s flagship products in our Clinical Documentation and Medical Coding suite. This product suite improves the quality of physician documentation, helps clinicians identify missing diagnoses, converts documentation to medical codes and ensures financial integrity for health systems. These products help thousands of clinicians and revenue cycle staff tackle some of the most challenging and high-impact patient encounters in U.S. healthcare. You’ll be in a high-leverage role in a uniquely scaled organization: a small, elite group of PMs partnered with a substantial, world-class engineering and ML team. Together, you’ll work on truly AI-native products that deliver hundreds of millions of dollars in measurable value for our customers. You’ll collaborate closely across multiple functions - engineering, machine learning, design, finance, and go-to-market, to shape, build, and launch AI-native products.
