ABOUT THE ROLE: As the Head of the Hippocratic AI Academy, you will lead the design, development, and execution of our training and enablement program — equipping client organisations and our internal team with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to implement and operate AI voice agents safely and effectively. You will build and scale a learning & knowledge-management function that supports both external partners and internal team members (onboarding and ongoing education as features and functionality are rolled out). You will act as the senior leader accountable for how our customers and internal stakeholders adopt, apply and iterate on our platform in a safe, effective way. This role will report directly to our Chief Customer Officer and play a critical part in shaping the overall customer experience strategy as we scale. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Lead and execute the Academy strategy — defining curriculum, delivery formats, certification, and performance measurement to build the industry’s benchmark for safe AI voice-agent enablement. - Drive content excellence — collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Engineering, Clinical Safety, Voice Design, Customer Success, and Services) to develop training rooted in our safety-first architecture and healthcare best practices. - Educate and empower — lead onboarding and continuous learning for Hippocratic AI team members to ensure consistent, expert-level understanding of voice-agent deployment, monitoring, and governance. - Sustain ongoing learning — evolve programs as new capabilities, workflows, or regulations emerge, ensuring both clients and internal teams stay current and confident. - Build world-class knowledge management — architect a unified system to catalog, govern, and maintain critical documentation, best-practice guides, and reference materials.
