About the role We're seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional to partner closely with our executives and ensure their day runs seamlessly. This individual will excel at managing complex calendars, streamlining priorities, and proactively anticipating a need before they arise. The ideal candidate is a master organizer, a quick thinker, and a natural problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment. You take pride in simplifying processes for others, staying several steps ahead, and bringing structure and calm to even the most dynamic and demanding days. This role is onsite 5 days a week at our Mountain View, CA office! What you'll do Own scheduling for leadership: set meetings, prep agendas, and track follow-ups Streamline workflows so leadership can stay focused on high-impact priorities Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Draft and edit presentations, briefs, and key communications Join meetings, take notes, track action items, and ensure follow-through Keep key projects moving - align teams, chase updates, and manage deadlines Support planning and coordination of company-wide meetings and initiatives Handle sensitive information with discretion What we're looking for 5+ years supporting senior or executive-level leaders (startup experience a plus) Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills Proven ability to stay ahead of priorities in a fast-moving environment Strong judgment and discretion with confidential information Comfortable working across time zones and occasional off-hours Proficiency with Google Workspace Suite Able to travel occasionally for meetings or company events Salary Range - $80,000- $130,000 More about Gatik Founded in 2017 by experts in autonomous vehicle technology, Gatik has rapidly expanded its presence to Mountain View, Dallas-Fort Worth, Arkansas, and Toronto.
