ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Senior Sales Executive, you are not just a "hunter", you are the architect of financial transformation. Your mission is to lead the migration of Southern Europe’s largest billers (Utilities, Insurance, Telco) from legacy payment rails to the infrastructure of tomorrow. You will develop a portfolio of strategic accounts with annual revenues exceeding €1B, orchestrating multi-territory deals that position our Account to Account (A2A) payment solutions to drive their 'Repeat Economy' growth and global liquidity management. You will be reporting to VP Sales.
What you'll do
Enterprise Portfolio Ownership: Take full command of a portfolio of strategic accounts and high-potential European targets. You will be the lead strategic partner for C-suite decision-makers across Business, Technology, and Finance, defining and executing multi-year roadmaps that align our technology with their global growth objectives.
End-to-End Deal Orchestration: Lead the charge through every phase of a sophisticated, multi-threaded sales motion. You are responsible for the entire journey, from pioneering your own strategic outbound prospecting to managing complex solution design, navigating global commercial negotiations, and ensuring a successful handoff for implementation and long-term account expansion.
C-Suite Influence: Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder organizations. You don’t just sell to IT; you challenge and advise CFOs, CTOs, CMOs and CEOs on their financial performance and payment strategy.
Vertical Strategy development: Demonstrate how automating the full payment lifecycle, from recurring collections to Instant Payouts (e.g., insurance claims or refunds) drastically improves payment experience, provides speed, optimizes cash flow management and treasury efficiency. Conduct deep-dive consultations to challenge the status quo to build ROI driven business cases.
Deep Pipeline Management: Maintain total visibility and accountability over your pipeline. You will utilize frameworks like MEDDIC and Mutual Action Plans to drive consensus among up to 7 key stakeholders and ensure multi-quarter forecast accuracy
Cross-Functional Command: Act as the "CEO of the deal," leading a cross-functional squad of Product, Engineering, Legal, and Risk experts to ensure complex technical integrations turn into high-volume live transactions.
Who you are
Strategic Dealmaker with a Hunter Mindset: You have a minimum of 10 years of experience over-achieving quotas in B2B SaaS Enterprise Sales. You have a proven track record of breaking into securing Tier-1 logos. You possess the grit and resilience required to navigate long sales cycles. You are motivated by the thrill of the "win" and have a consistent history of displacing incumbents in highly competitive environments.
