Organ Health Specialist, Thoracic

Territory: SoCal region, encompassing Los Angeles, Loma Linda, Salt Lake City and Las Vegas, with the ideal candidate based in LA metro area. We are seeking a high-performing Organ Health Specialist (OHS) to join our Organ Health Thoracic sales team! The OHS will increase revenue and drive market development through direct sales of our heart and lung transplant business. Support efforts include cultivating and maintaining key relationships, and creating and supporting a strategic business plan to grow revenue quickly. Support efforts will focus on currently marketed products and new product launches. In addition the OHS will provide clinical insight and educational support/training on the technical applications of company products. Key Responsibilities: As an Organ Health Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, responsible for exceeding performance goals and establishing client relationships in the transplant market. Your duties will include: Demonstrating a proven track record of closing sales, fostering client relationships, and driving sustainable growth. Leveraging your expertise to successfully launch products in the transplant market, contributing to brand development and market expansion. Becoming a local expert on Natera’s technology and services, representing our company at the highest levels. Developing and executing local business plans tailored to meet sales objectives and optimize available resources. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent educational background. A minimum of 6 years of progressive sales experience, ideally within the diagnostic or lab-developed tests industry. Knowledge of academic medical systems related to transplant, nephrology or specialty medicine Established relationships with KOLs in transplant, or specialty medicine Background in medicine, biological sciences, or genetics is preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams to define and implement strategic plans. Comfortable thriving in a startup environment, demonstrating initiative, self-motivation, and time management skills. A driven professional with a competitive mindset and a commitment to achieving and exceeding results. The total on-target earnings (OTE) include a competitive base salary and uncapped quarterly commissions. In addition to OTE, the compensation package also offers a car allowance program and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). Compensation Total Rewards The compensation package listed is for 1st year OTE, which are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. On-target earnings (OTE) represent the total potential income an employee can earn by achieving 100% of their performance goals. It combines a base salary with commissions and serves as an estimated figure rather than a guaranteed amount, providing a guideline based on average performance outcomes.
