Reports to: Senior Manager, Marketing Operations Campaign Enablement
About the Role
This role sits at the center of how marketing scales at AlphaSense. As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will help bring campaigns to life by powering execution, ensuring quality, and strengthening the operational foundation that enables marketing to move faster and smarter. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across Demand Generation, Events, and Marketing leadership to ensure programs launch cleanly, consistently, and in alignment with best practices.
This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing automation, campaign governance, and scalable program frameworks while contributing directly to the success of high-impact marketing initiatives. You’ll play a key role in evolving how our systems, processes, and standards support a growing global organization.
Your success in this role requires a strong operational mindset, attention to detail, and comfort working within structured processes—paired with curiosity and a desire to improve how things work. You enjoy problem-solving, take pride in high-quality execution, and communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders. This full-time role reports to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations Campaign Enablement and is based in the US, with the option for in-person or remote work.

Who You Are
1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or campaign support.
Working knowledge of Marketo or another marketing automation platform (Marketo strongly preferred).
Strong attention to detail and comfort with QA processes, checklists, and documentation.
Ability to follow established processes while also contributing to their continuous improvement.
Clear written communication skills for documentation and internal enablement.
Comfortable managing intake requests and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
Experience supporting event marketing or webinar programs
Familiarity with tokens, templates, and scalable program frameworks
