Who You Are
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead Global Sales hiring. This role is responsible for Account Executive and Sales Leadership recruiting across regions, directly managing a team supporting the Americas and overseeing a Recruiting Manager responsible for EMEA and APAC hiring.
This is a dedicated people leadership role with significant executive exposure. You will serve as the primary Talent Acquisition partner to VP and SVP-level Sales leaders in the Americas, while ensuring global alignment through your management of regional leadership. Hands-on recruiting for senior Director-level and above positions as needed.
What You’ll Do
Lead and shape global Sales hiring strategy in close partnership with senior revenue leadership and cross-functional partners
Lead and develop a global Sales recruiting team, including 2–5 recruiters (FTE and contractors) and a Recruiting Manager overseeing EMEA/APAC, driving performance, accountability, and consistency across regions
Serve as a strategic advisor to senior Sales leadership, providing market insight and hiring counsel
Establish structured, data-informed interview processes and decision frameworks globally
Partner cross-functionally with Finance, RevOps, and HR to forecast headcount and hiring timelines
Personally execute high-impact Director-level searches and sensitive leadership hires
