Come join us! Who You Are We are seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead Global Sales hiring. This role is responsible for Account Executive and Sales Leadership recruiting across regions, directly managing a team supporting the Americas and overseeing a Recruiting Manager responsible for EMEA and APAC hiring. This is a dedicated people leadership role with significant executive exposure. You will serve as the primary Talent Acquisition partner to VP and SVP-level Sales leaders in the Americas, while ensuring global alignment through your management of regional leadership. Hands-on recruiting for senior Director-level and above positions as needed. What You’ll Do Lead and shape global Sales hiring strategy in close partnership with senior revenue leadership and cross-functional partners Lead and develop a global Sales recruiting team, including 2–5 recruiters (FTE and contractors) and a Recruiting Manager overseeing EMEA/APAC, driving performance, accountability, and consistency across regions Serve as a strategic advisor to senior Sales leadership, providing market insight and hiring counsel Establish structured, data-informed interview processes and decision frameworks globally Partner cross-functionally with Finance, RevOps, and HR to forecast headcount and hiring timelines Personally execute high-impact Director-level searches and sensitive leadership hires Who You Are A business-minded talent leader who understands how hiring strategy drives revenue growth and organizational design A connector who aligns workforce planning, market insight, and recruiting execution into a cohesive global strategy Energized by fast-scaling environments and motivated to bring structure, accountability, and disciplined execution A proven people leader with experience managing managers and building high-performing recruiting teams, including setting measurable performance standards, driving accountability, and leading through organizational change A systems-oriented leader who evaluates tradeoffs, risks, and cost implications to build thoughtful, scalable hiring strategies What Defines Success Global Sales hiring is predictable, disciplined, and aligned to long-term revenue strategy Sales leadership views Talent Acquisition as a trusted strategic partner, not a service function Recruiting teams operate with clear standards, accountability, and measurable performance outcomes Interview processes are consistent and data-informed across regions Senior-level hires are high quality and close efficiently in competitive markets For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables.
