Role Description
We’re seeking a Go-to-Market Operations Specialist to execute and optimize across our centralized marketing team supporting product marketing and field marketing. This role will be at the intersection of mid-and-bottom of funnel activities such as conferences, owned events, virtual events, and RFP management – to support pipeline initiatives. This role will report into the Director of Product Marketing and is highly cross-functional across the broader Growth organization – working with sales team members across all markets (employer, broker, health plan).
What You'll Do
Project Management: Manage the day-to-day execution of field events and RFPs.
Field Events: Budget, creative, vendor management
RFP : Timelines, internal stakeholder alignment
Execution : Opportunity to travel 10-15% of the time for industry and owned events across audiences.
Who You Are
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: You have 2+ years of experience in marketing or project management.
Organized: You love systems and building them from the ground up and have excellent project management and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both sales and marketing teams.
Creative: You love the art of storytelling and bringing mission to life through different channels and mediums.
Mission-Oriented: You are passionate about expanding access to women’s and children’s healthcare and want your work to have a tangible social impact.
