This is a hands-on role, focused on executing and improving the systems and processes that power our revenue engine.You’ll support our go-to-market teams by ensuring accuracy across quoting, billing, usage tracking, and reporting—while proactively identifying ways to make operations more scalable over time.What You'll DoSupport Quote-to-Cash processes, including:Supporting CPQ workflows to ensure deals are configured and quoted correctlyReviewing order forms and amendments for accuracy and complianceProvisioning customer contracts, subscriptions, and usage entitlements into internal systemsSupport billing, invoicing, and monetization workflows in partnership with FinanceReconcile customer usage, billing, and revenue data across CRM, product, and finance systemsServe as a hands-on Salesforce administrator:Build and maintain reports and dashboardsSupport flows, automations, and system enhancementsHelp maintain data quality and governance standardsTriage, prioritize, and execute a wide range of RevOps requestsProactively identify inefficiencies and manual processes and help implement improvementsLeverage AI tools and automation to increase operational efficiencyContribute to documentation and scalable RevOps processes as the company growsIt’s Important to Us That You Have3–4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related roleStrong hands-on Salesforce experience (admin, reporting, flows, automations)Required experience with CPQ (Salesforce CPQ or similar quoting tools)Experience working with billing, monetization, and finance systems, including:NetSuite, Campfire, Rillet, Ordway, or similar financial / billing systemsMetronome, m3ter, or similar usage-based billing and metering platformsExperience supporting SaaS and/or usage-based revenue modelsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detailComfort working in ambiguity at a fast-growing startupSelf-motivated, proactive mindset with a bias toward actionStrong cross-functional ...
