With millions of users worldwide and over 500,000 business users, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Demand Generation Manager to build Replit's B2B demand generation function from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to be the foundational hire establishing our enterprise go-to-market muscle as we transition from product-led growth to a robust sales-led motion.You'll work directly with our Head of Growth Marketing and collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, our Sales Enablement and Product Marketing. This role requires someone who thrives in 0-to-1 environments and has successfully built demand generation programs that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue.In This Role You Will:Own and deliver B2B pipeline generationTake full accountability for paid inbound pipeline delivery with a multi-million dollar budgetPartner with business leadership and finance to forecast, track performance, and present results in monthly and quarterly business reviewsBuild lead scoring frameworks, funnel definitions, and pipeline attribution modelsBuild the demand generation infrastructure from scratchPartner with Revenue Operations to select, implement, and optimize the marketing technology stack (MAP, intent data, ABM platforms, analytics)Stand up and scale all demand generation channels: paid search, paid social, display, ABM, content syndication, and webinar programsDevelop and launch account-based marketing strategies targeting high-value enterprise accountsDrive content, creative strategy, and relentless optimizationEnsure we have the right content and creative assets across all stages of the buyer journeyCollaborate with Content and Design teams to develop and iterate on high-performing assetsEstablish a rigorous testing culture – constantly experiment with messaging, creative formats, CTAs, and landing pages to improve conversion and pipeline qualityExecute cross-functionally and drive alignmentWork with Sales and SDR teams to define ideal customer profiles, develop outbound sequences, and optimize lead handoffMobilize internal marketing teams and external agencies to execute your strategic visionBuild relationships across Product Marketing, Content, Design, Sales Enablement, and Analytics to deliver integrated campaignsLeverage Replit's unique PLG-to-Sales motionConvert our large base of individual users into qualified B2B opportunities by identifying workplace expansion signalsPartner with Product and Analytics teams to instrument product-qualified lead (PQL) scoring and routingWhat you’ll bring:10+ years of B2C & B2B demand generation and performance marketing experience, with 5+ years in B2B SaaS focused on enterprise customersProven track record building demand generation from zero-to-one as the first or early demand gen hire, managing multi-million dollar budgets with demonstrated ROI and pipeline contributionDeep expertise in ABM strategies (account selection, multi-channel orchestration, measuring engagement) and hands-on experience with marketing technology (Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, Demandbase)Extensive experience establishing lead management frameworks with lead scoring, MQL/SQL definitions, and funnel optimization in partnership with Sales and RevOpsStrong analytical capabilities and obsessive focus on testing – you connect data from disparate sources, design experiments, interpret results quickly, and continuously improve performanceProven ability to build cross-functional relationships and provide creative direction for demand generation assetsTrack record converting PLG users into enterprise opportunities, experience with sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesloft), intent data platforms, event marketing, or high-growth tech companies is a plusThis is a ...
