Learn more about our vision in our manifesto. https://www.happyrobot.ai/blog/manifesto ABOUT THE ROLE As Recruiter Coordinator, you'll be the operational backbone of our recruiting team - ensuring every candidate has a seamless, world-class experience from first interview to Day 1. You'll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and founders to keep our hiring engine running smoothly as we scale. RESPONSIBILITIES - Own end-to-end interview scheduling and coordination across multiple time zones - Manage candidate communications, ensuring timely and warm touchpoints throughout the process - Maintain and optimize our ATS - keeping data clean, pipelines accurate, and reporting up to date - Coordinate hiring manager debriefs and ensure feedback is collected promptly after interviews - Support onboarding logistics for new hires, partnering with People Ops to deliver a great Day 1 experience - Help improve recruiting operations by identifying bottlenecks and proposing process improvements - Assist with employer branding efforts, including event coordination, swag, and LinkedIn content support WHY JOIN US? - Opportunity to work at a high-growth AI startup, backed by top investors. - Rapidly growing and backed by top investors including a16z, Y Combinator, and Base10. - Ownership & Autonomy - Take full ownership of projects and ship fast. - Work With the Best - Join a world-class team of engineers and builders.
