This is a senior leadership role: you'll own the product strategy, the roadmap, the outcomes and the development of the product team delivering it. This role is about setting a bold vision, building what doesn't yet exist, and scaling what does. You’ll lead a division of PMs and work alongside senior engineering, design, data, and operations leaders to solve complex problems with clarity and urgency. You’ll be accountable for both the product and the people: hiring, mentoring, coaching, and shaping the next generation of product leaders at Neo. We're looking for someone who’s scaled product teams, shipped high-impact products, and thrives in a hands-on, fast-changing environment. What You'll Be Doing: - Own the full-stack lending product portfolio, from customer-facing experiences (e.g. credit cards, loans, installments) to core systems for underwriting, credit risk, and repayment. - Define and evolve the credit infrastructure that enables fast, compliant, and accurate lending decisions, including decision engines, data pipelines, and risk policy tooling. - Lead initiatives to improve servicing, collections, and lifecycle management — ensuring a seamless and transparent experience for borrowers. - Navigate complex regulatory and reporting requirements (e.g., credit bureau integrations, consumer disclosures) with scalable product solutions. - Lead, grow, and mentor a team of high-performing product managers. You’ll develop talent, shape team culture, and create the conditions for great work. - Act as the cross-functional glue for your division, collaborating with senior leaders across engineering, design, data, ops, marketing, and executive leadership. - Translate customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints into clear product strategies, decisions, and trade-offs. Your team’s work will directly move core business metrics and customer impact and you’ll hold yourself accountable for outcomes, not just output. - Elevate product quality and execution across your teams through strong systems, clear feedback, and day-to-day coaching. - Champion a culture of speed, ownership, and learning.
