What You’ll Own - End-to-End Execution: Own the full recruitment lifecycle—from initial market mapping and pipeline creation to candidate evaluation, stakeholder coaching, and closing. - Strategic Advisory: Act as a partner to hiring managers, translating department needs into actionable hiring strategies and influencing decisions with real-world market intelligence. - Operational Excellence: Use and improve our recruiting systems. You’ll leverage tools, automation, and AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce bias while maintaining a human-centered candidate experience. - Data-Driven Insights: Analyze funnel analytics and hiring trends to identify risks and provide recommendations that improve hiring performance and conversion rates. - Pipeline Building: Architect proactive and diverse sourcing strategies, including targeted campaigns and community engagement, to ensure long-term, sustainable hiring success.
