Here’s what you can expect to be working on as Head of Security at Street Group - Taking full ownership over our organisational security. - Working closely in partnership with IT and Engineering teams to ensure we have a strong security posture and culture across the company. - Providing clear, data-driven answers to the leadership team regarding our current security status and areas for improvement. - Designing and implementing pragmatic security policies that protect the business while allowing our teams to remain fast and flexible. - Managing the documentation and communication of our security standards to clients, including completing security assessments and compliance. - Acting as Data Protection Officer for the group. - Proactively identifying and mitigating new threat vectors emerging from AI technologies. A bit about you - You have a proven track record in a security role, ideally within a high-growth, start-up or scale-up and you understand the unique pressures of a company moving through investment rounds. - You have personally led a company through the audit and maintenance processes for either ISO27001 or SOC2. - You are comfortable working across both application security and infrastructure, with a deep understanding of data protection laws and policies.
