This role will work hybrid (3 days per week) out of our Mexico City office. Responsibilities - Full-stack design and develop features for cross-browser web extension, including HTML/CSS/Typescript UI and REST-based communication with back-end microservices - Using Scrum processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, UX, Dev) to understand requirements, propose technical solutions, and contribute to architectural decisions. - Implement and enforce coding standards and best practices (linting, testing, documentation). - Investigate, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in production and development. - Drive performance and optimization improvements across applications. - Guide junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, mentoring, and pair programming. - Contribute to technical documentation for internal knowledge sharing. - Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and bring in improvements to the team’s stack and workflow. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to our core technologies.
