We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to help shape the future of CLEAR by identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional leaders across the organization. This role will be instrumental in elevating how we attract top-tier talent and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience. What you'll do: Partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition on Leadership Recruiting across critical functions, delivering exceptional, high touch candidate experiences Partner closely with CLEAR’s Senior Leadership Team and senior stakeholders to define and fill high-impact, business critical roles Act as a strategic talent advisor to hiring leaders, shaping search strategies, role definition, and market positioning Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent, developing and nurturing talent pipelines for future leadership needs, with a focus on long-term engagement Continuously refine recruiting processes to improve efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience Leverage data and insights to inform decisions, optimize funnel performance, and drive hiring outcomes Champion CLEAR’s employer brand in the market through every candidate interaction How you'll measure success: Decrease in time to fill for roles at the VP level and above Increased pipeline quality and proactive engagement of leadership talent Increase in quality of hire What you're great at: 7+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on leadership or executive hiring Proven track record of closing senior-level candidates in competitive markets Deep expertise in proactive sourcing and talent mapping for leadership roles Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders A passion for delivering outstanding candidate experiences Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to improve recruiting performance How You'll be Rewarded: At CLEAR, we help YOU move forward - because when you’re at your best, we’re at our best. The base salary range for this role is $140,000-$170,000 depending on levels of skills and experience. The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance.
