The Role Veeva Link’s vision is to build connected data applications that improve research and patient outcomes. As a Senior Team Lead for one of our Data Operations teams, you will lead a remote team of 50+ freelancers who execute on large-scale data generation pipelines. You will design business processes and drive process improvements as well as technology improvements. You plan and control these business processes and support their execution by removing barriers for your team members. Your primary focus is to improve process efficiency and reduce defects. As a first-line manager and servant leader, you deliver operational metrics associated with your process and results while keeping your team engaged.
