Job Description: Shield AI is seeking an experienced IT Asset Manager to own and scale the company’s enterprise IT asset management and procurement function across hardware and software environments. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate asset lifecycle management, license compliance, and cost-effective procurement while leading the day-to-day execution of asset operations through an Asset Management Specialist. This position reports into Service Delivery team under Enterprise Operations and works closely with Cloud & Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Finance to ensure Shield AI’s IT assets are secure, auditable, and available to support rapid global growth. The ideal candidate brings strong operational discipline, vendor and procurement experience, and a process-driven mindset to build scalable, compliant asset management practices in a mission-critical environment. This position may be based in San Diego, CA; Dallas, TX; or Washington, D.C.
