ABOUT THE ROLE We are searching for an elite growth leader, ready to play the game of their career. You will be leading a passionate and highly motivated team of over 30 reps across the North Island to a scale that very few businesses ever achieve, whilst having an impact on one of New Zealand’s most vital industries, Agriculture. Leading the North Island, you will be covering the full customer cycle from new sales through to Account Management. We’re looking for someone with commercial nous, X-factor, charisma, highly competitive yet technically strong as a sales leader… and the ability to hit a target nobody can yet see possible. This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in leading the region's growth past the hundreds of millions of ARR. Roles of this scale, in a hyper-growth business, simply don’t come around often. When the pressure is on in the biggest moments, you’ll be someone who wants to be in the game. You might find yourself juggling time on farm with customers, coaching and developing your team, through to driving growth strategy and cross-functional priorities within Halter. You’ll be masterful at building trusting relationships, driving sales processes, managing large pipelines and enabling a team, whilst advocating for customers with a solutions-oriented mindset.
