We’re looking for an experienced Senior Talent Specialist to join our People & Culture team. This role is responsible for hiring across Halter’s corporate portfolio, including People & Culture, Operations, Finance, Commercial, and Senior Leadership roles. ABOUT THE ROLE As a key member of the People & Performance team, you’ll own end-to-end recruitment for Halter’s operational functions, partnering closely with senior leaders and executives to hire talent that will shape the future of the business. Reporting to the Head of Talent, you’ll lead recruitment delivery across People & Culture, Operations, Finance, Commercial and Senior Leadership roles, combining hands-on execution with strategic partnership, market insight, and exceptional candidate experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys working with senior stakeholders, and wants to have a direct impact on building high-performing leadership and corporate teams.
