Corporate Tax Consultant Join us to do the best work of your career and make a real impact as a Corporate Tax Consultant on our EMEA Tax Team in Ireland. Onsite Role, Location; Limerick, Cork or Dublin Dell Technologies is a global, multi-billion-dollar corporation, so our Tax team has a huge task in ensuring that we meet our tax obligations. It’s a wide-ranging area – from tax research, planning and compliance, through to developing and implementing systems to support data collection, analysis, preparation and submission. Whether preparing and completing tax returns and reports, catching up with the latest developments in tax law or answering enquiries from a host of internal and external customers, we’re always switched on and on top of our game. You will play a key role within EMEA Tax across the following areas: Tax Compliance & Reporting Oversee the preparation and review of corporate tax returns for UK, Ireland and select international entities. Ensure the timely and accurate filing of corporation tax, Pillar Two, Country‑by‑Country Reporting (CbCR), Transfer Pricing and other relevant direct tax submissions. Drive automation initiatives and continuous process improvements within tax compliance and reporting. Tax Strategy & Advisory Advise on the tax implications of business transactions, supporting and enabling the business on a day‑to‑day basis. Support the implementation of global tax strategy, including Pillar Two and transfer pricing compliance initiatives. Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and assess their impact on the group. Risk Management & Governance Maintain a robust tax risk management framework and strong internal control environment. Liaise with tax authorities and manage audits, reviews and tax queries as they arise. Ensure compliance with global reporting and governance obligations. Stakeholder Engagement Partner closely with Accounting, Finance, Legal, Global Tax and Commercial teams on tax‑related matters. Communicate tax risks, opportunities and technical issues clearly and effectively to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Here is what we are looking for in this role: Essential Requirements Professional tax qualification (CTA, AITI or equivalent). Minimum of 8 years’ experience in corporate tax, including exposure to international tax matters. Strong technical knowledge of UK and Irish corporate tax essential; experience with IFRS tax accounting. Demonstrated ability to manage complex tax projects and collaborate across multifunctional teams. Strategic mindset with strong analytical, problem‑solving and commercial awareness skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities. Experience working with tax technology solutions and data analytics tools. Ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment while meeting key deadlines. Desirable Requirements Experience in a multinational environment and a Big Four background.
