APJC Vendor Co-Marketing Lead
This individual plays a critical role as the liaison between the Vendor Co‑Marketing team, Marketing, and OEM vendors in the region. In this capacity, he/she will act as the key business owner for regional ISG and CSG teams regarding vendor co‑marketing opportunities, vendor requirements, program development and execution, and all activities required to achieve specific Vendor Funding goals. As needed, this person will also lead interactions with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational execution across the region.
In this context, “vendor” refers to OEM vendors for Dell Technologies (e.g., Microsoft ). He/She will serve as the lead for a specific business area, working independently with the Vendor Co‑Marketing Regional Lead, managing funds from OEM vendors and driving joint programs across the region. The role is also responsible for maintaining ongoing relationships with strategic vendors and internal stakeholders (e.g.finance). As a regional lead, he/she will develop quarterly and annual vendor co‑marketing plans in collaboration with Dell stakeholders to achieve defined business objectives.
You Will :
Serve as the single point of contact for Vendor Co‑Marketing in the assigned region, working with OEM vendors and internal Dell stakeholders.Drive initiatives by introducing new co‑marketing program concepts that support Vendor Co‑Marketing KPIs for the region in terms of OPEX and/or COGS. Lead the planning cycle for upcoming quarter and in‑quarter co‑marketing programs and activities.
Review Statements of Work once finalized by stakeholders to ensure programs meet guidelines and align with vendor priorities. Collaborate with C&C and relevant teams on compliance prior to execution (including vendor‑specific guidelines such as those from Microsoft , if applicable).
Facilitate strategic communication with OEM vendors regarding co‑marketing programs.Manage business management systems for tracking program progress, funding status, and approvals with regional operations.
Conduct regular alignment calls with stakeholders to review progress and mitigation plans.Review all risk assessments (e.g., clawback/goodness) released by Finance/Operations with relevant stakeholders and C&C.Act as Vendor Funding SME (subject matter expert) for local and regional teams.
Drive timely and accurate forecast/outlook processes for vendor funds.Manage final accrual reviews with C&C and Finance to ensure expected landing and AOP alignment
Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required (BA or BS).
5 years of IT industry experience.1 years of alliance/vendor ecosystem experience preferred.
Fluent in English;
Broad understanding of marketing activities and execution tactics.
Strong communication and skills with the ability to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders. Highly motivated individual capable of managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Desirable Requirements
Prior knowledge of Dell products and services is a plus. Prior experience in marketing or vendor‑funded programs is beneficial.
Strong existing relationships with strategic vendors ( e.g., Microsoft ) are preferred.
