About the Role: Crusoe is seeking a Travel Manager to oversee and optimize our global travel program as we continue to scale. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our travel platform, ensuring policy compliance, managing travel vendor relationships, and supporting employees with a seamless and cost-effective travel experience. The ideal candidate is a strong operator who can balance service orientation with policy enforcement, data tracking, and process improvement while balancing employee experience and business needs. What You'll Be Working On: - Administer and manage Crusoe’s corporate travel platform, including system configuration, user support, approval workflows, and reporting - Ensure adherence to company travel policies by monitoring, addressing, and providing clear guidance of out-of-policy activity. - Serve as the primary point of contact for travel-related questions, escalations, and urgent travel needs. - Partner cross-functionally with Finance, People, and Security to align travel practices with budget controls and duty-of-care standards. - Manage relationships with travel vendors relationships and key vendors to ensure smooth operations and competitive pricing. - Track and report on travel spend, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to drive cost efficiency and compliance. - Establish and track key travel program metrics (policy compliance, savings, adoption rates) and provide regular reporting to leadership. - Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance scalability as the company grows. - Maintain clear documentation, FAQs, and employee communications related to travel policies and processes.
