This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to define design at a company building software for some of the most sophisticated decision-makers in the world. You’ll work directly with product and engineering leadership to create an intuitive, high-trust platform that transforms how deals get analyzed, reviewed, and executed. Private market investing runs on spreadsheets, documents, and legacy workflows—and Mosaic is building the next generation of tooling: AI-powered, auditable, and built for speed. As Founding Designer, you’ll turn complex workflows into simple, elegant experiences and establish Mosaic’s design principles, systems, and craft bar. You’ll be involved across the full lifecycle: customer discovery, workflow design, prototyping, UI systems, interaction design, and shipping product alongside engineers. The scope is broad, the pace is high, and your work will define how Mosaic feels for years to come.
