Our team collaborates closely with various other chapters - including product, business, and platform - leveraging analysis, experimentation, causal inference, and machine learning. You’ll be embedded in cross-functional teams, partnering with our MarTech Product Manager, Marketeers, Tech Leads, and the Data Strategy team. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: - Support the design and analysis of A/B tests across Organic and Paid Marketing. - Calculate MDEs, power analyses, and interpret experiment results. - Help automate statistical frameworks for CRM experimentation. - Pull and reconcile data from marketing networks (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.). - Compare external network reporting with internal performance data. - Investigate discrepancies in tracking, attribution, and conversion reporting. - Support channel managers in understanding performance drivers and measurement gaps. - Write SQL queries to extract and structure complex marketing datasets. - Dive deep into marketing data sources to identify growth opportunities. - Support ad hoc analysis and adjust our Looker dashboards to improve reporting clarity. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: - Strong quantitative background (STEM degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar). - Solid SQL skills; Python is a plus. - Good understanding of statistics (hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, power analysis, MDE). - Curiosity about marketing and growth. - Comfort working with messy, real-world data. - Structured problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
