We’re looking for a Programme Manager, Commercial Incentives to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing Deliveroo’s approach to rewards, working with local markets to define KPIs and incentive plans that align with our global financial objectives. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING You’ll be joining the Commercial Operations team. We enable our frontline commercial teams through insight, learning, and change management. You will be the engine behind our incentive schemes, ensuring they are accurate, engaging, and data-driven. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: - Own Incentive Administration: Lead the monthly and quarterly calculation of incentive plans, managing exceptions and accuracy checks to ensure our teams are paid correctly and on time. - Modernise Operations: Partner with Product teams to migrate incentive management from manual spreadsheets to user-friendly, automated systems. - Strategic Design Support: Act as a subject matter expert to help local leaders assess trade-offs between different design options, ensuring schemes drive the right commercial behaviours. - Performance Insights: Own commercial reporting to identify trends and diagnose issues, using data to highlight opportunities for improved incentive design. - GTM for Incentives: Support local leadership in preparing "go-to-market" plans for new schemes, ensuring they are communicated clearly and engage all participants. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO THRIVE Essential - Meticulous Attention to Detail: A proven track record of ensuring complex calculations are flawless and data quality is maintained across multiple schemes. - Analytical Capability: Skilled in interpreting data using BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) and Microsoft Excel to derive actionable business insights. - Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in parallel, coordinating across global markets and cross-functional stakeholders. - Strategic Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly understand complex business contexts, articulate trade-offs, and anticipate risks before they impact the business. - Influential Communication: Excellence in simplifying complex financial or strategic ideas and collaborating effectively with senior stakeholder groups. Nice to Have - Experience in a Sales Operations or Finance-adjacent role within a high-growth tech environment. - Previous experience in change management or "internal GTM" for compensation-related projects.
