The Ledger Wallet application is where users can manage their wallet, visualize and grow their portfolio of assets, but also where they can enjoy, with the highest degree of secure connectivity, a large span of services competing for their customership, such as buying or selling crypto, staking, trading, or choosing among crypto cards, subscription programs and other stablecoin-based products. The Business Manager, Ledger Wallet will assist the EVP Consumer Services in his mission, own the Wallet consumers lifecycle from acquisition to engagement, bring consistency and maximize the impact of the BU towards hypergrowth by bringing clarity and coordination to all direct and indirect groups involved. What you’ll be doing: - Wallet Consumer Lifecycle Ownership: Own and coordinate actions across the entire consumer lifecycle to significantly increase the number of active and engaged Wallet users. - Overall Wallet oversight: Bring glue and consistency of action between the Wallet’s business line. Own uncovered areas of the Wallet, particularly unmonetized sections and user flows between sections. - BU Strategic & Operational Efficiency: Ensure perfect coordination and efficiency among all Business Unit direct and indirect contributors (people and departments) for the attainment of revenue goals. Coordinate the Business Unit's 360-degree strategy and its concrete, timely and impactful delivery. You play the most active role in Business Unit rhythms, collaboration and governance. - Disrupting: The digital asset revolution has been disrupting the world of value, and digital private property is creating unprecedented opportunities. You must enjoy it and want to be part of it. - Consumer Understanding: Although some services are delivered by B2BC providers, Ledger Wallet will be successful as long as it is successful with customers.
